Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide!
* Please note, all prices above are listed in AUD. If you are purchasing online from outside of Australia, you may be charged customs duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods and are not included in the overall shipping cost. 
Huxbaby is not responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.

When do I receive my order?

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated between 3-7 days depending on your location in Australia.
Overseas customers - standard shipping times are estimated between 7-21 days depending on your location.
For fast international shipping (3-5 days), please select the express international courier option at checkout.
Please note, during sale periods dispatch may take 2-3 days longer than the estimated timeframes above. 
Due to the ongoing impacts of COVID, our delivery partner Australia Post is currently experiencing delays, so please keep in mind may take a few extra days to get to you. Please refer to our Covid-19 page for current shipping time frames

 

Can I change my address?

The shipping address for your order is shown at checkout and on your order confirmation email. In the event that you entered an incorrect address, or did not update your address details, Huxbaby cannot accept any responsibility and is not liable for any associated loss or compensate for any additional shipping costs.
Address changes can only be updated before an order leaves our warehouse.
