Common Questions
What if there are items missing from my order?
Currently we have stock dispatching from 2 separate warehouses. If something is missing from your first delivery, its most likely on its way from our other warehouse. Please give it a few days to arrive, thanks :)
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we currently ship worldwide!
Will I be charged duties?
If you are purchasing from outside of Australia, you may be charged customs taxes and duties. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods and are not included in the overall shipping cost. Huxbaby is not responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made.
The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.
Can I change my address?
The shipping address for your order is shown at checkout and on your order confirmation email. In the event that you entered an incorrect address, or did not update your address details, Huxbaby cannot accept any responsibility and is not liable for any associated loss or compensate for any additional shipping costs. Address changes can only be updated before an order leaves our warehouse.

We want you to have the best online shopping experience, so if you have any problems with your order please contact us via email.
We hope you’re happy with your Huxbaby order, but if you want to return or exchange a product for ‘change of mind’ or another similar reason you must contact us within 7 days of delivery of the product and we must have received the product within 30 days of the date of delivery. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information on our returns policy.
Please note no refunds on sale/discounted items for 'change of mind'. Items can be returned for a credit note if required.
To process your refund or credit, please send your item(s) back to our warehouse with a completed return form (see below).
Please note we’re unable to facilitate exchanges due to frequent changes in stock levels/product selling out - if you require a different size, colour or alternative item(s), we suggest that you repurchase the item/size you want to exchange for (so you don’t miss out) and return your original order for refund or credit.
Return shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.
We recommend returning your item(s) through traceable mail, as Huxbaby cannot issue a refund on an item(s) that is not received.
We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting a returned item(s) - please refer to our terms and conditions page for more information.
