HUX STAR SEARCH 2026 — COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promotion and Promoter. This promotion ("Competition") is conducted by Huxbaby Pty Ltd, ABN 21 601 474 275, of 401A Waverley Road, Malvern East, Victoria 3145 ("Promoter", "Hux", "we", "us").

2. Entry period. The Competition opens at 7:30pm AEST on Sunday 9 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday 19 August 2026 ("Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility. Entry is open to Australian residents who are the parent or legal guardian of the child being entered, and who are aged 18 years or over. The entrant (adult) is submitting the entry on behalf of their child, who must fall within one of the age categories offered on the entry form (0–24 months, 2–5 years, or 6–8 years) as at the date of entry. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its associated agencies are not eligible to enter. Only one entry per child is permitted.

4. How to enter. To enter, the parent or guardian must complete the official entry form at huxbaby.com/pages/hux-star-search-2026 during the Entry Period, providing the requested parent/guardian and location details, the child's name and date of birth, the applicable age category, a written description (up to 200 words), and one photo or video upload of the child, and must accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice. Incomplete entries may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion.

5. Content submitted. By uploading a photo or video, the entrant confirms they own the rights to that content (or have the necessary permission from anyone else appearing in it), that it does not infringe any third party's rights, and that it is appropriate and does not contain offensive, unlawful, or unsafe material. The entrant grants the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the submitted content and the accompanying written description across Hux's website, social media, and marketing channels for purposes connected with this Competition and future promotion of Hux, with attribution to the child's first name where used, unless the entrant requests otherwise in writing.

6. Selection of winners. This Competition is a game of skill; winners will not be selected by chance or random draw. Each valid entry will be assessed and scored by a judging panel appointed by the Promoter against the following criteria: (a) creativity and originality of the written description; (b) how effectively the entry captures the child's unique personality and character; and (c) the overall quality and relevance of the submitted photo or video to the written description. The entry scoring highest against these criteria within each age category will be declared the winner of that category. Judging will take place on or around 28 August 2026. One winner will be selected per age category (three winners in total). The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Prizes. Each category winner will receive: a $500 AUD Hux gift voucher; a Fujifilm Instax Mini 13 camera (RRP $139 AUD); and participation in a Huxbaby content shoot. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Gift vouchers are subject to Hux's standard gift card terms. Participation in the Huxbaby content shoot will be scheduled by mutual agreement and is subject to reasonable availability of the winning family. Any costs incurred by the winner in redeeming a prize, including but not limited to travel costs to and from the Huxbaby content shoot, are the sole responsibility of the winner and will not be reimbursed by the Promoter.

8. Notifying winners. Winners will be notified by email using the details provided on their entry form within 7 days of judging. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner. The Promoter may also announce winners (first name only) on its website or social media.

9. Privacy. Personal information collected through this Competition will be handled in accordance with Hux's Privacy Policy, available at huxbaby.com. Information will be used to administer the Competition and, where separate marketing consent has been given on the entry form, for marketing communications. Entrants may withdraw marketing consent at any time.

10. General conditions. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants, to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms, and to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Competition if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this Competition or acceptance of a prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing law. This Competition and these Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
