Hux World – Terms and Conditions

1. The Program

Hux World (the “Program”) is Huxbaby’s loyalty program, offered by Huxbaby Pty Ltd (ABN 21 601 474 275) (“Huxbaby,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to customers of huxbaby.com. The Program allows members to earn and redeem points and to unlock tier-based perks. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern participation in the Program and form an agreement between you (“Member” or “you”) and Huxbaby.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By joining Hux World, you agree to these Terms, as well as any Program rules, policies, and procedures we publish from time to time. You are responsible for staying up to date with these Terms. We may suspend or terminate your membership if you breach them.

3. Changes to the Program

We may change, limit, suspend, or end the Program, or amend these Terms, at any time and at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Continuing to participate in the Program after changes take effect means you accept those changes.

4. Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals only, one account per person, using one registered email address. Membership is not available to businesses, resellers, or organisations. We may refuse or cancel membership at our discretion.

5. Joining Hux World

You can join by creating an account at huxbaby.com. New members receive a welcome bonus of 50 points once they make their first eligible purchase after joining. You must be logged into your account for purchases and other activities to earn points, and you must provide accurate account details, updating them promptly if they change.

6. Existing Customers at Program Launch

Hux World launched on 20 August 2026. Existing Huxbaby customers with an account as of that date were automatically allocated a tier based on their purchase history over the preceding 12 months. Points are only earned on eligible orders placed from the launch date onward; historical purchases do not retroactively earn points.

7. Program Communications

We’ll email or message you about your points balance, tier status, and Program updates, as well as related offers. Opting out of marketing communications won’t stop us sending you non-promotional account or transactional messages. We are not responsible for missed benefits resulting from out-of-date contact details.

8. Privacy

Information collected through the Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Earning Points

Points are earned in AUD. If you shop in another currency, your order value will be converted to AUD to calculate points. Points are generally applied to your account within 24 hours of the qualifying activity. Ways to earn points include:

• 1 point for every $1 AUD spent on eligible purchases at huxbaby.com

• 50 points for joining Hux World and completing your first purchase

• 10 points for joining our Chit Chat VIP Facebook group

• 10 points for following Huxbaby on TikTok

• 10 points for following Huxbaby on Instagram

• 15 points for leaving a product or store review

• 20 points for adding a photo to a review

• 20 points for adding a video to a review

Purchases made using a Huxbaby gift card as the payment method do not earn points, though buying a gift card itself does earn points. Additional items or promotions may be excluded from points earning at our discretion.

10. Reviews

Review points are only awarded for reviews submitted via the email invitation sent within 14 days of your order shipping — reviews left directly on our website do not earn points. Points are capped at six review emails per customer, and multiple reviews of the same product will not earn additional points. You must be 18 years or older to submit a review and receive review points.

11. Tier Status

Your tier is based on your total eligible AUD spend over a rolling 12-month period, tracked against the email address on your Hux World account. Once you reach a tier, you keep it for 12 months before it’s reassessed. Returned items reduce your qualifying spend and may affect your tier. Buying a gift card counts toward tier spend; paying with one does not.

The tiers are:

• Buddies – free to join, no minimum spend. 1 point per $1 AUD spent; first access to sales and previews.

• Besties – $250 AUD spend in 12 months. 1 point per $1 AUD spent; 300 bonus points on tier entry; 300 points on your Huxiversary; first access to sales and previews; 1 double-points day per year.

• Beary Best Friends – $600 AUD spend in 12 months. 1 point per $1 AUD spent; 600 bonus points on tier entry; 450 points on your Huxiversary; first access to sales and previews; surprise gifts and offers; 2 double-points days per year.

• Beary Important People (BIPs) – $1,200 AUD spend in 12 months. 1 point per $1 AUD spent; 900 bonus points on tier entry; 600 points on your Huxiversary; first access to sales and previews; surprise gifts and offers; free express shipping on every order; 3 double-points days per year.

Tier criteria and benefits may change at any time.

12. Redeeming Points

Every 30 points is worth $1 AUD. Once you have enough points, you can redeem them at checkout for a discount voucher:

• 150 points = $5 AUD off

• 300 points = $10 AUD off

• 600 points = $20 AUD off

• 900 points = $30 AUD off

Reward vouchers require a minimum order spend of $150 AUD, are limited to one per transaction, and cannot be combined with any other discount, offer, or coupon. Vouchers cannot be used on gift cards, bundles, or sale items, and may exclude other items at our discretion. Vouchers cannot be applied retrospectively to an order that has already been placed.

13. Points and Voucher Expiry

Points expire 12 months after the date they were earned. Points and reward vouchers have no cash value, are not transferable, and are only redeemable at huxbaby.com. If your Hux World account is closed for any reason, all points and unused vouchers are forfeited.

14. Returns

If you return an item purchased with a redeemed reward voucher, your original payment will be refunded, but the voucher used will not be reissued. Returned items will also be deducted from the qualifying spend used to calculate your points and tier status.

15. Account Rules

Points can only be earned and tracked on one email account; accounts cannot be merged. If your reward coupon isn’t working, check that items in your cart aren’t excluded and that no other offer is applied, or contact us at hello@huxbaby.com and we’ll respond within 24 hours.

16. Right to Revoke

We may revoke your membership and/or forfeit your points or benefits if you breach these Terms, misuse the Program, or obtain benefits through fraud or deception.

17. No Transfer, No Cash Value

Points and rewards cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, or exchanged for cash.

18. Intellectual Property

All Program branding, design, and content are owned by Huxbaby.

19. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Huxbaby is not liable for any loss arising from your participation in the Program, including technical issues affecting your points balance. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
