What is Hux World?
HUX World is a loyalty program that rewards YOU with personalised perks every time you shop and share your HUX.
How Does It Work?
Commencing 20th August 2026 as a member of Hux World you will earn points for every eligible purchase on Huxbaby.com.
You will earn 1pt for ever $1 AUD spend
Once you hit 150 points you will be able to redeem your points for $5 AUD Off your next purchase.
Points can also be earned for sharing product reviews, and following Huxbaby on socials.
Gift card payments are not eligible for points
Are there loyalty tiers?
Yes, there are four loyalty tiers, each based on the last 12 months of spend (AUD) on your Hux World email account
- Buddies - Spend up to $249 AUD over 12 Months
- Besties - Spend $250 AUD over 12 Months
- Beary Best Friends - Spend $600 AUD over 12 Months
- Beary Important People (BIPs) - Spend $1200 AUD over 12 Months
How do I join Hux World?
Simply create or log in to your account on huxbaby.com. Then start shopping!

You will receive your bonus 50 welcome points when you make your first purchase as a Hux World member

Not yet, to become a member you will need to create an account on huxbaby.com.

I am not shopping in AUD, how are my points calculated?
Our loyalty program is based in Australian Dollars (AUD).
If you are shopping in another currency, your points will be earned based on your total eligible order amount, converted into AUD.
How is my tier status calculated?
Tiers are based on the last 12 months of spend (AUD) using the email your account is registered under.
When a tier status is earned, you will retain that tier for 12 months before it is reviewed again.
If you return an item it will be deducted from your spend amount and will not count towards your tier status.
The purchase of a gift card will contribute to your tier earnings, but the use of a gift card as a payment method will not contribute to your earnings.
I have two accounts. Can they be merged?
Points can only be earned using one email account and cannot be merged.
I am an existing Hux Customer, will my past orders count towards my Hux World loyalty tier?
Yes, past orders will count towards your loyalty tier.
Your loyalty tier will determined by your previous 12 months of spend using the one email address/ Hux World account.
At program launch on the 20th August 2026, existing customers with an existing account will automatically be allocated a tier based on their previous 12 months of spend. They will also be awarded 50 Welcome Points.
Past orders will not count towards your points. Points will only be awarded for eligible orders from the program launch on the 20th August 2026. They will not be awarded retrospectively.
How do I track my Hux World loyalty points?
Log into your Hux World account to track your points.

How do I redeem my Hux World loyalty points?
Depending on your points balance, you can redeem for $5AUD, $10AUD, $20AUD and $30AUD reward coupons
Coupons can be redeemed when you are logged in, simply click ‘redeem’ under the reward coupon to receive a unique coupon code
One coupon is redeemable per transaction, and a minimum spend applies.
- $5AUD - $50AUD Minimum Spend
- $10AUD - $100AUD Minimum Spend
- $20AUD - $150AUD Minimum Spend
- $30AUD - $150AUD Minimum Spend
If you have forgotten your coupon code, it can be found under ‘rewards history’
Coupons cannot be combined with other discount coupons, or offers
Rewards points cannot be redeemed on sale items.
Only one redemption can be made per order
Will my reward coupon expire?
Yes. Once you have activated your reward coupon it is valid for 3 months, unless otherwise specified.
I forgot to use my reward coupon. Can my reward be applied after I have placed my order?
Reward coupons cannot be applied to existing orders.
My reward coupon is not working
Ensure the products in your cart are not excluded from the reward Ts and Cs., and there are no other offers or discounts applying to your cart.

Why aren’t my Hux World points showing?
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your point balance to adjust. If your balance still doesn't look right after this time, please contact us at hello@huxbaby.com for more help!
How long do I have to use my points?
Points will expire 12 months after they are earned
Can I return an order if I redeemed a reward coupon for a purchase?
Yes, you can. If you are refunded, your cash payment will be refunded.
Your reward coupon will be forfeited.
How do I write a review to receive points?
Within 14 days after your order ships, you will receive an email asking to leave a review for your purchased product. Submit your review through the email, and 15 points will be added to your account automatically. If your review has a photo, you will receive 20 points.
Points are only rewarded for up to six review emails per user. We cannot offer points for reviews completed on our website or for multiple reviews of the same product. Must be 18 years or older to write a review and receive reward points.
